I am Famous!!!

Ok so maybe not Famous, but pretty close...hehe! I was lucky enough to have 3 of my cards accepted to be published early last year and FINALLY yesterday the magazine was released and there were my cards.....YAY! I have to say that everyone was home when my son brought the mail in and so when we realized that it was THE magazine we ripped it open and of course there they were. There were high 5's going everywhere...hehe!

This year my oldest starts High School, I feel like I have been talking about this moment for the last 2years and now all of a sudden it's hear! I have even been googling how to tie a tie today because he has to wear one for school and I have no idea how to do it...hehe! Let's say I now know how to do it, and it really wasn't that hard!

Anyway at Brodys Grade 6 Graduation night last year he was awarded the 'DUX' of the year award. We were so suprised and so very proud as well! Brody always works really hard and he definitely deserved this!

I have been wanted to do some scrapping for a while and have like about 8 kits from the last 8 months sitting there that I just haven't had a chance to get to. I have just cancelled my subscription as I sooo can't keep up with them...hehe! There just never seems to be enough time! Anyway here is a page I scrapped about Brody's 'Dux' Award

Well it is still school holidays here and finding time to create is difficult...hehe! But I finally found some time the other night and colored this Gorgeous Saturated Canary Digi. I am hoping to find some more time tonight to have a play!

Feeling a Little Blue!

This week over on the M4M Challenge blog the girls are all trying out some new color combo's, so I thought I would have a go. I ALWAYS go for my pink copic markers, so I thought it was time I tried a few different colors. So for this Odd Girl Stamp I have used my Blue Copics, not my usual go to colors But I am happy with the outcome!

I have just started to color with these girls and they are soooo much fun to color, I am definitely going to have to get more of these Stamps! Hope everyone is enjoying their Christmas Holidays. My hubby goes back to work on Monday so it will be back to the routine before you know it!
