Mad For Markers Wednesday and FFF

Happy Wednesday! Today is my Mad For Markers day. I bought this Cowboy Ian stamp not too long ago, but had yet to ink him up, so I thought it was about time he got some ink. Plus I don't have any boy cards in my stash! I used The Greeting Farms, Farm Fresh Friday Sketch for this challenge. And I am pretty happy with the end result.

Happy Birthday to my little Man & My First AnyaInk DT Card

Well today is my little Oscar's 1st birthday. I can't believe how quickly it all goes! It only seems like yesterday that I had him and now he is walking and starting to talk! So below is my very first AnyaInk DT Card, which is Oscar's Birthday Card. If you pop over to the blog you will see the rest of the amazing DT's gorgeous Easel Cards. So here is my Easel Card. My little Super Oscar has Red hair just like my Oscar....hehe! I have used the TGF Amzing Duo set and the Monster is from one of my new sets from My Cute Stamps.

We have had a really nice day for Oscar's Birthday. We went and had Pizza in the park for lunch and we have just done his birthday cake. I can honestly say that his favourite part of the cake was the icing! It was everywhere...hehe!

My Very Exciting News!

Ok, I know I said come back later today and I will have some news to share, well I got a little side tracked, as you do with 5 kids, but I am back to share my news............. I have been asked by the amazing Debra to be a part of the new AnyaInk DT. And of course I said YES! OMG I was so excited when she asked me at the Melbourne Copic Certification to be on the DT. I just love all things Anya and The Greeting Farm and I have been bursting to tell everyone....So there you go! Don't forget to come back Friday to take part in our very first challenge and to see what the other wonderful DT members have done!

Mad For Markers Wednesday!

Well it's Mad For Markers Wednesday again and I have some feather blending inspiration for you for our next challenge over at Mad For Markers! This is my daughters birthday card. Her dad calls her his Princess so this sentiment was just perfect with it. She also has the attitude to go with it...hehe! Now this is my first attempt at feather blending and I have to say I love this technique. It is definitely a fun technique to play with.

Mad For Markers Wednesday on Thursday!

Now I know that today is Thursday, so yes I am a day late with my M4M post, really sorry Sammi! But I have had a really bad week and so I'm sorry for being late, but here is my card. I made this card for a friend who had a wedding to go to in Bali, ahh to be in Bali right now, how nice would that be...hehe!

I just realized that I haven't yet been in to tell everyone that I am now Copic Certified. Yes, I was given the most amazing opportunity by the lovely Sammi to attend the Melbourne Copic Certification Class. And I have to say that I had the best time. Not only did I get to meet some of my fellow bloggers, Tracey, Debra, Mandi and Cassie, who by the way were just gorgeous and lovely people, but I got to spend a whole day with the fabulous Marianne Walker and Lori Craig who came all the way from the US to teach the class. OMG they were amazing, espically Marianne! I have learn't soooo much! 

Mad For Markers meets SweetPea!

Well it is time for a little Mad For Markers inspiaration for our 2nd Challenge, can you believe we are onto our 2nd challenge already! If you haven't got your entry in yet, then you had beter get coloring, as you only have until Sunday the 9th to get your entry in! There are already some amazing entries in. So this weeks challenge is a Monochromatic challenge, so shades of one color and obviously I have chosen purple. I'm more of a pink girl, but thought I would branch out...hehe! So here is my card!

Ok, so here is a very proud Mummy moment, my little man has started walking...Yay! he took his first steps last week and every day he is taking more. They sure do grow way to quickly, I can't believe that he will be 1 in two weeks. He is also saying Mum now..... finally! Ok I now have to go and pick up the kids from school and as usual it has started raining! Hope you are having a great Wednesday wherever you are!
